Expensive, slow. I don't like to commit to a service before I know how much the service will cost. When the bill came it was twice what I normally pay for pressing shirts.
In dropping my comforter off, they were courteous and accommodating to me, having double parked and unable to wait long to create my order. The turnaround time was quick- 2 days and they notified me when it was ready. Good work. No complaints
Customer service was great and very informative. The cost was higher than expected, even with introductory discount.
There was an item returned to me without being cleaned. I sent an email asking why it could not be cleaned since I’ve cleaned it before but I haven’t received a response or an explanation.
