Outstanding cleaning service, the drop off and pick up is great I wish your website was easier to re-set password, because I always forget mine. Other than that, I appreciate the fast tidy service

They are prompt with pick up and delivery of items, their responses to customer service inquiries are touch and go. If you dont here back in 24 hours, you need to call again.

The cashiers at your Lockport store are very nice and efficient. My only complaint about your service is that every time I note there is a spot on a garment and tell them what it is; the garment comes back with a tag saying they tried to remove the spot, but couldn't. Try it yourself and see if I'm correct!
The pick up drop service is very fast and convenient. Your driver is always courteous and professional. We will continue to be loyal customers!
