Horrible experience. Returning customer who was given a coupon for $25 off. Brought in the same suits I have brought in before. I was always charge around $30 per suit to be cleaned. The total should’ve been around $60 before discount.. They up-charged me on the cleaning as a designer brand in order to make it more money before giving me the discount. Your pricing is getting too high. Will have to cut back on your service.
Not sure why I’m paying $16 to dry clean a dress shirt .
Excellant customer service prompt and efficient. Fast turnaround and completion. My issue is that they folded tops and sweaters on hangers causing lines and wrinkles. Now must press and rehang 18 pieces. A lot of work after spending 368.00. Disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. Our prices have gone up about 6 % over the year. During that time our utiilities have tripled. To maintain our high level of service we use detergents imported from Germany. The staff is paid above average wages, Sorry you don't feel our product is worth the nominal increase. You will find most cleaners have raised over 10 %
