Clothes were done the same day and they were able to get out a coffee stain that had been there for years.

I only received 1 of my two items back. Had to call and track down my 2nd, which then couldn't be delivered until the next day.
I went to pick up a huge 24 ft. wide by 18 ft. American flag that my company was borrowing for a huge event we were having at the Biltmore Resort the next day. Important speakers including our Governor Dicey. The flag was our back drop. When I picked it up it had been balled up and stuffed in a small bin. I was pretty disappointed in how the flag had been stored being raised by a military father. It was a wrinkled mess. This was the first time I used your service. The $200 mattress cover I had you clean was shrunk by over 8" on the head to foot dimension. The cover itself look like it was cleaned well, but its obvious you dried it on high heat despite the fact the tag said low heat only. The cover no longer fits my mattress, so I guess I'm not very satisfied with the service.
David, Jon Michaels here. I had brought in a pair of trousers and during the cleaning process, a belt loop was torn away from the waist. The trousers were given back to me that way. When I brought them in again to be repaired, I was charged $10 for the fix. I went in again today and asked to be credited for the $10. Hopefully that will happen. Brought my pair of pants in for an oil stain removal and received the pants back with the oil stain still visible. Front desk was nice, but I would've preferred honesty about the service
