I think the quality is there but I took in around 7 pieces of dress clothes and I was charged almost $80 which is ridiculous pricing for dry cleaning.
My jacket from my wedding suit has gone missing for over thirty days now. Zero communication has been established. I stopped in the store which and was informed this. I thought that 16 dollars for a shirt and pants was excessive after all it wasn't dry clean only it was plain laundry.
I recently dropped off some clothes and told the staff, that I'll be picking up my clothes, she informed me that she would put in a note. However, she completely forgot or ignored my request. I called the following date to ensure the clothes were ready to be picked up. However, the clerk hung up the Phone twice. it seems to me that these people dont care or they think they can get away with these kind of behavior. Very Unprofessional!
Some how, the cost came out to be $4 MORE than I was quoted. $4 for a short....& $12 for a pair of pants!?? WTF is wrong with you people??? No. Never again My first and LAST visit. You gonna rob someone like that. I'm telling other people to avoid this place

Hi I did not visit your store recently, so I should not be receiving a thank you, for your service email. Makes me wonder if someone else is using my account. I would like to make sure that I do not have an open account with my credit card on file at Elite Cleaners. I did not agree to this. Allowed other customers in without masks. That made me extremely uncomfortable.
I brought in a bedspread and pillow shams for cleaning on a Sat. I was told it would not be ready until Wed..ok no problem I got an email the Mon after the Sat drop off and was told my items were ready. Great! I came in the following Friday, (yesterday) and picked up my spread When I go to put in back on the bed I was quite disappointed- it did not look much different than when I dropped it off...I really wonder if it was cleaned at all...seems the same amount of wrinkles are there as before I dropped it off.
