I had to have patches sewn, it was overpriced and doesn’t look professional at all. The patches were not sewn to the edges which makes it look sloppy. Will not be visiting this place again.
I’d been to several dry cleaners before with the same jacket (with the same stain). Went to Elite Cleaners with low expectations of their being able to remove the stain - no one else had been able to. Picked up my jacket a couple days later, and it may as well have been brand-new! All stains are gone - Elite did what 3 other dryer cleaners could not.

Dropped off laundry and few days later hospitalized. Unable to pick up for two months, called them and told me not to worry, just get well. Love these people.
The service is dishonest and awful. We just moved to you as our dry cleaner. In advance we met with the manager and she told us same day service M-Th, if not all clothes two days, NOT TRUE. We brought in for same day service by 8:30am Wednesday this week and was told no same day service - what????? You just wake up and decide not today - No reason given, told to come back today. I was a new customer. I brought in 3 items. I of them was a top with ruffles. I had to iron it after picking it up to get the ruffles to lay straight. In addition, another item was a strapless dress. I specifically asked when I brought it in for you to hang it by the attached hanger straps, so as not to leave clip marks on the dress. The paper receipt even stated this. I am not sure what happened to all the friendly and efficient people who used to work there, but it's too bad they're gone.
I pay a premium price to have my dress shirts pressed and hung. Collars are always wrinkled and I end up having to take the time to press them. Also, they miss replacing broken or missing buttons. I have a pick up twice a week and all my shirts need the collar repressed when I get them back. Quality control could use some improvement.
