My clothes were not touched:/ cleaned. Kept for a month.
2 of the 3 pairs of pants were returned and needed portions of the hem sewed completely. The 3rd was done very well.

It was nice of you to help, but the garment still had an odor to it when you were done.
Still several stains remaining on the item to be cleaned. I didn’t check until I got home. I live 29 minutes away don’t have time to bring it back

Walk-in to a factory!! Hugh bins fill of clothes people everywhere. Could not get to the counter with all the stuff in the way people were nice despite the high mess . Alterations promised in a week. Not ready asked for the extra materials. Not given them. Told I would be called. No call . Told I would be better off at another alteration place. Really? Why are you doing them at all? Nope not going back for anything!! It’s a Willie Wonka factory!

I am disappointed in your lack of attention to the fact that not everything needs to be dry cleaned. When asking for items to be laundered, please listen to your customers. I realize the cost of things has increased but to upsell or disregard their request is not ok. Seven items for over $60, that is too much.
I am extremely saddened to end my relationship with Elite Cleaners today. I received a very unprofessional, rude and humiliating voice mail from David in reference to an earlier phone call regarding an "ENVIRO" charge of 10% added to my receipt. I had never noticed it on previous receipts.
