The service is dishonest and awful. We just moved to you as our dry cleaner. In advance we met with the manager and she told us same day service M-Th, if not all clothes two days, NOT TRUE. We brought in for same day service by 8:30am Wednesday this week and was told no same day service - what????? You just wake up and decide not today - No reason given, told to come back today. I was a new customer. I brought in 3 items. I of them was a top with ruffles. I had to iron it after picking it up to get the ruffles to lay straight. In addition, another item was a strapless dress. I specifically asked when I brought it in for you to hang it by the attached hanger straps, so as not to leave clip marks on the dress. The paper receipt even stated this. I am not sure what happened to all the friendly and efficient people who used to work there, but it's too bad they're gone.
I pay a premium price to have my dress shirts pressed and hung. Collars are always wrinkled and I end up having to take the time to press them. Also, they miss replacing broken or missing buttons. I have a pick up twice a week and all my shirts need the collar repressed when I get them back. Quality control could use some improvement.
Well I just moved to the area and came in for the first time. The staff greeted me right away and took inventory of my garments. The disappointment came the next day. They told me after 5pm for pick up but was happy to receive a text at 11:30am that my garments where ready. When I got there however it was a different story. First they said not everything was done. Speed, delivery, price & friendliness were good. Quality of pressing not what I was accustomed to receive from previous cleaners. (They discontinued delivery so wanted to try you.) Collars & sleeves, some fronts were wrinkled from how they had been hung (14 pieces) as well as pressing not well done. Shorts were ok.
Follow instructions. All pants should have been middle ceases and the were not.
I have been going to the cleaners on Indian School between 36th and 38th for the last two years. Typically it cost under $90 to have all of my shirts cleaned usually between 25-35 shirts. I was very surprised when my first time using your cleaners my bill was double at over $170. You all did good work just to costly. Thanks
You got all the spots and stains out. I had not thought it possible. The shirts and ties look like new. I have minor quibbles with the folding on the bulk laundry, but we'll fix that on the next run. There will be a next run.
