I brought them a down quilted cover for a mattress pad that was stained with feces. They let me know that it was not to be dry cleaned, but that they felt they could do something to get it cleaned. I explained that it was already ruined, so anything they could do would help. They worked diligently and removed most of the stain, and fluffed it for multiple hours. It is a joy to have a consistent service through Elite. Sam, the delivery gentleman is the main reason I continue to stay with Elite. Anytime anything is needed or if I have any concern, he ensures that it is taken care of right away and follows up promptly. I have tried several cleaner delivery services over the years, but none have been consistent. Not only that, but he is also very friendly.
