Don't see where else I can review drivers instead of your business, so this will have to do. One of your drivers nearly hit me while entering a main road from a business. Luckily I noticed him not looking already so it gave me a few seconds to lock up my brakes and skid to avoid smashing into him (he pulled out with traffic oncoming). No one was actually hit or hurt, but drivers around were alert enough to avoid this incident. Worst I ever experienced. Asked for starched jeans. One came back with almost no starch -- was told that I should've specified .”HEAVY starch’ WHO KNEW? Other jeans had no starch at all. Went to pick up dress pants & found I was going to be charged +/-$40.00 for hemming legs AND altering the waist. I never asked to have the waist altered. Just horrible service, and no settling at the counter...must wait (still waiting) for resolution. One more chance...one.. Lowest rating John 614-946-7306 .
This is NOT what I was told to expect from you. I request heave starch and get either non or light starch. I have a shirt that came back today covered with stains. I was also charged for hand pressing. I did not request that and non of my other shirts had that. What kind of place is this?
Jessica is the Dublin rep who encouraged to me to offer feedback to your site. I am newly promoted/transferred into the Dublin area. I find your customer service to be prompt, courteous, friendly, and like the email completion reminders. I would be more apt to continue using your service if you would drop your cost structure of laundered and starched dress shirts to $1.25/shirt vrs your current $3.00/shirt.....if there was a 5 shirt minimum for the lower price break. I took a comforter in to be cleaned. $40 later it didn't appear any cleaner than when I brought it in. Disappointed.
I really like the services -- however, I have 2 issues. One -- when I receive an email, I don't have a way to respond. Two -- when clothes are left, they should not be hung on the doorknob -- it is impossible to open the door from the inside. Thank you!
Not a good experience at all. They made alterations that we did not request and charged us. Also did not apply the $25 gift card we turned in. It then took 4 days to get a return phone call to get our credit.
We spend over approximately $100 a month at Dublin Cleaners. We earn coupons. In the past, the customer service people would ask us if we would like to apply them to our order when we brought in items. Now, I specifically have to ask and am told I have to bring in a code. It is right there on the computer screen. Why does the customer have to jump through hurdles? I don't have a smart phone. I don't want to print out a coupon. Customer service was friendly overall. However, I specifically noted a small line where soda/punch dripped on a corduroy jacket that an associate said would be noted. When I inspected the item at home after pickup, the corduroy was fluffier but that same area looked only marginally different than when I dropped it off. The paperwork also showed no note about that area, though I knew enough from prior experience with dry cleaning to mention it up front.
