Really thinking about switching. Dublin is expensive for what you get. I lose 3 shirts a year due to holes in the elbows. Buttons are not replaced many times when they fall off during service and it is overpriced and we I do not get coupons any more
Above average pricing and the quality of the press was no better than when I launder my shirts at home. Will not use this service for my shirts again.
I brought in two items. My husband's dress pants and a jacket of mine. The pants turned out fine but my jacket looked like it had'nt been pressed well at all. Still wrinkle marks in the back and the collar was not laying correctly.
Shirt was stained and button on coat was torn off. Will not return. Had to pay too much for horrible service.
My cleaning was delivered to the wrong address.
One shirt cost $8.81 and the other $4 to clean. Seems excessive. Attenendant seemed agitated when I asked for it back in two days instead of three. Growing tired of asking for the shirts to be hung up in the back seat. They should never be handed to me through the front window. Probably going elsewhere.
Brought a pair of ladies linen pants that had a spot which was brought to the attention of the sales associate. Picked them up the other day and the spot is still there-,mentioned it to the sales associate and she offered to have them redone. There was nothing mentioned as to whether the spot was not able to be removed??? Not the sales assoc. fault but I think for what the charge is to clean a pair of pants, someone should at least make a notation about the stain removal. I have to be completely honest, this was my first time and probably the last. I do not plan to return in the future, as I just finished re-ironing my "pressed" shirts that I picked up yesterday (nothing like paying for dry cleaning just to come home and do half the work yourself). I have a shirt that was (and still is) missing a button in the front, MIDDLE of the shirt...almost impossible to miss...yet somehow, your staff did not see it, note it, or obviously attempt to fix it, even after I specifically noted the button was missing on the green sheet...AND I put the button in a baggy and placed the baggy in the breast pocket of the shirt.
