Prices way too high for me to return
I trust that the clothes come back looking good, but i never know what price I am going to be charged. This on going problem has never been fixed, regardless of whatever manager says they are going to do. Last week, I got two of the exact same shirts (in the same plastic wrap) with two different prices for the same cleaning. If it werent for the ease of just putting my clothes on my front porch and you delivering it, i wouldnt be a customer. If anyone wants to call me to discuss, please do. 708.334.5830. Andy Brady
Great dry cleaning, Great Service. But I asked that a button be sewn on the waist of my pants. They did it but the button was much larger than the button hole. I realized they had to find a button, but I wish they would have found a smaller one. I had to go to work after I picked up my pants so I made due with what I had on my uniform pants.
Sad to learn that you no longer take down sheer curtains and rehang them. We miss that old time customer service
First trip to Dublin Cleaners not too great. Took in 1 item, with 1 spot to clean, and it wasn't removed. Wanted to bring the shirt on vacation, but it is staying at the cleaner for a second chance.
I dropped off 3 dresses to be HEMMED (which means shorten) Dublin cleaners instead returned my 3 dresses with all of them taken in on the sides. The owner Greg is extremely uncooperative, and has now had my dresses for 6 days trying to decide I think of how he can out of this. I will NEVER use Dublin cleaners again nor will I EVER recommend them. This was POOR service by all of their employees. FYI the tailor they use is unreachable. go figure
Too overpriced. $17 for a sweater and capris to be cleaned. I won't come back. After moving here recently from Michigan, I was shocked to see how expensive your dry cleaner was.
