I am ashamed to say that after waiting several years, I finally got around to taking my daughter's wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved. It had been hanging in a closet. I was shocked to see large areas of nasty dark yellow stains on the underside of the dress and along the train area, with some smaller ones on the bodice area. Have used Dublin Cleaners in Powell for years. Items are always perfectly pressed and never had any issues. Drive up window is convenient! Great for not having to wake up sleeping baby or get the kids in and out of the car seat. Appreciate that they sew on missing buttons at no cost and make repairs.
I was in a bind because I had an interview scheduled for 4:00PM and I found out at 5:00AM that my suit had been knocked of its hanger by my cat. He had slept on my suit all night so it was covered with cat hair and wrinkled beyond ironing. I took my suit into Dublin Cleaners to see if there was any way they could have it pressed and back to me by noon. I was told that would not be a problem and they came through for me in the clutch! I'm excited about the pickup and delivery. Brian was very helpful and courteous. I had marked on the info sheet that I wanted between heavy and extra heavy starch and got my first order back with light starch. Other than that your service was as promised.
