The quality of the cleaning is good. That being said, your cost is almost double that of other dry cleaners. I was even charged an extra $1.00 on my slacks because of the name brand of the clothing. I can't believe there is literally an upcharge due to the label. Unfortunately, even though the cleaning was well done, I do not plan to return because of the cost and fact that a "brand premium" is charged, and also not disclosed.

I was charged over $30 for six shirts. Outrageous! Way over priced. Will never use your service again.

* My daughter picked up my sheared beaver coat while I am out of state and told the woman in New Albany that it didn't seem as soft. I then called the same woman and she said that she had talked to the supervisor and that person would talk with the vendor who cleaned it. I was told that the supervisor would call me back the same day. That was the middle of last week and still no telephone call. I've used Dublin Cleaners in the past and had been pretty satisfied with their work. However, this most recent time was quite a disappointment. For almost $9 just to get a pair of khakis dry-cleaned, I expect the job to show some attention to detail. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. While the right leg was pressed correctly, the left leg didn't pass muster. My items were suppose to be ready for pick up on Friday after 4pm. I arrived at 430 and half of my items were missing. The assistant manager called the warehouse and my shirt had not even been done. They said I could drive over there Monday morning to get it it I'd like. I was charged still for ALL my items even though I had only gotten one! The assistant manager was not sympathetic and did not even give me half off for all the trouble. Overall horrible service and you just lost a customer.

I thought it was extremely expensive and the woman at the counter was not very friendly. I doubt that I will ever return.

I feel it was over priced. My items were extremely over starched. If the spots don't come out why starch them and set the stain deeper?

I had a 20% off household goods coupon and my husband dropped off my 7 valences with the coupon. The clerk quoted a price of $128 with the coupon. When I picked up the valences, I was charged $158. This isn't the first time that we used a coupon and did not get credit for it at the time of payment. I hope this isn't intentional- the pricing system needs some improvement. Very disappointing.
