Excellent, pick up and delivery service is perfect
I was very pleased with the service provided. I had my daughter's wedding dress cleaned and preserved. The staff was pleasant and explained what to do with the chest when we got home. There was also a handwritten note in the chest from the owner which I thought was a really nice touch. The attention to all the little details made be very confident in Dublin Cleaners handling my daughter's wedding dress.
It was wonderful. Very nicely and professionally greeted and everything was ready before the promised date.
Dublin Cleaners is my go-to dry cleaner in Columbus. I would not trust my clothes with anyone else.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my encounter with New Albany Cleaners. The Location for drop off for me was perfect too. I was called by one of your drivers (Travis), and he was very sweet and informative on the phone. I set up a route with him for my delivery and for future services. He told me about your ability to do carpets and drapes as well. When he arrived to drop off, he had a bag for dirty clothes and a door hanger for me for the next time. Overall, very Impressed!
I don't usual pick our things up, my husband Ryan, does but he has a broken foot so I was getting his things for him. The service rep was a little odd during this visit. She put my things in the back for me (which was nice) and found a bottle cap on the floor of my car then made a weird comment like "oh, I better get this out of here in case you were drinking in your car so you don't get in trouble" ... then she realized it was an IBC rootbeer bottle cap (from a soda my 11 yr old son was drinking) and said, "huh, strange you... read more
Everyone was very helpful, from my first phone call to picking up my daughter's wedding dress after being clean for her reception on August 30th. I would definitely come back and refer other people to your cleaners.
