Always wonderful, prompt , friendly service!
The customer service representative attended to me as soon as I walked in the door and addressed me by name after looking up my number. The order was completed as I specified and everything looked great!
For the most part, everything is always done on time and with high degree of quality. I have had a couple of instances where my order was misplaced within the store and it took some time to find everything.
The store people are always great. The last time I was in was because I ended up with someone else's trousers. The person behind the counter researched the situation immediately and found the rightful owner of the pants and where mine had gone. Awesome! I'm often addressed by name as soon as I walk in. That's great! I am often disappointed, however, at how well shirts get cleaned.
