Excellent first experience. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good dry cleaner. Dependable did not disappoint. The Staff was friendly, helpful and well organized.
We use the North Scituate location and are fairly new customer of Dependable. FAR superior to our "old" (will remain nameless to protect the guilty) dry cleaner. Clothes are extremely clean and crisp. Also, the employees are very helpful on special requests and friendly (especially Tracey in N.Scitown store)
This was my first time as I just moved to the area. They explained the entire process to me and to my surprise have same day service with no additional charge!! I was notified via email when my dry cleaning was ready to be be picked up. Very organized process.
