I believe the girl's name is Rachel that has helped me the last few times and she is extremely friendly, takes the time to ask if there are special instructions and then listens to what I'm saying. She has excellent customer service. I also recently realized that there was a message on my garment that the stains couldn't be removed but if I sent it back for a couple of days DC would try again to remove the stains free of additional charge. I always have a pleasant experience. Our clothes look great! When there were any issues they worked with us and fixed it.
Always courteous and helpful staff at the Scituate location. I moved to Boston recently but decided to stay with Dependable because of them and also the quality of work.

Excellent service!
Good service as always. My only other comment is that I wish the procedure for the $10 coupon was the way out used to be, tracked automatically by the system instead of handing out a coupon which could get lost.
The customer service rep was super friendly and had a great smile. Very polite and asked if i wanted to look over my order. She thanked me and told me to have a wonderful day!
