I had a problem with a white pair of pants & another top that had marks all over them, thes girl & manager were great they took them back & apologized that it would be a couple of days which was not an issue to me. The pants in particular were expensive & only worn a couple of times. They came back perfectly & they expressed concern that if things were not up to my expectations they would fix it. I give them a+ across the board excellent employees
My cleaning was ready with the stain removed from the cuff of my suit jacket. I was very happy with the service.
The team in N Scituate is always courteous and informative. Even when an item was misplaced, they were willing and able to locate it. Overall, I find my dry cleaning well taken care of.
Excellent service. The CSR was very friendly and had a great smile. She even said she remembered my name when I walked in.
I went in to pick up my cleaning. I was greeted upon entry. The woman mentioned my name after she entered my phone number. She very quickly found my items and asked me if I wanted to check them to see if they had been cleaned satisfactorily. I did not as I have never found a problem. The visit was quick and pleasant
I have been a Dependable Customer for a very long time and am usually very pleased. This past trip (pick up on May 4th) I was disappointed to find that a shirt that I had just bought was not in my pickup order. The staff person was nice and apologetic and called the processing center in Quincy right then. She said that she would call me back later that day (Monday) I stopped by on Thursday, not having heard from anyone all week with yet again - no conclusion to my issue.
