I took advantage of your Washington ‘s birthday coat sale. I was so impressed , the lovely young lady that was working , greeted me with a smile and a wonderful positive , can do attitude. She was very professional and efficient . She was working when I picked up my coats , and she greeted me with the same enthusiasm . I told her that I hope Dependable cleansers realizes how lucky they are to have such a professional team member.

Very fast and good job. Seems a bit expensive though. $8+ for a pair of pants so I will have to do those myself. Awesome customer service.

came from los angeles for a wedding and needed three suits pressed asap. loved that you had them ready before the promised time and that you emailed to let us know.. GREAT service!!
Excellent customer service and a nice cleaning of my garments. I like the email follow up and notice when order is ready. I think it is a bit pricey.
