Employes are extremely friendly. From the moment you walk into the store, you are greeted, acknowledged, and treated professionally. Clothing is always perfect!

The attendants are always very courteous and our clothes always look great. In the rare instance when we were not happy with the service, Dependable always fixed the error.
The CSR was very welcoming and used my name when greeting me. She asked if I had any special instructions and said the order will be ready next day. She treated me like a special customer and wished me a good day.
