I paid for the premium service for a dress and was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. The tissue "body" will help me keep the shape the dress. Thank you for amazing service!

The store representative was below par as compared wth the other warm, helpful representatives that I had worked with previously. He was annoyed that I did not know how many shirts I was bringing in for cleaning and did not make any attempt to count the shirts. He just repeated the question, what was I bringing in and impatiently waited for me to count the shirts. Also, I had to ask him several times to check on what I had to pIck up
Missing button on a shirt was replaced without even asking, you guys are the best!

I've been using Dependable for years. The staff are always friendly and aim to please. And my clothes come back with the quality cleaning I would expect. Dependable meets the highest standard every time.
Service definitely seems to be getting better. Wish there was a better way to just credit my account with the $10 credit - and with all the coupons. Between my wife and I we spend over $400 here in month -
