My wife and I frequent the Newbury Street store and Karoline is absolutely wonderful. She is always super sweet and friendly. It's obvious that she cares about the customers and the quality of your services.

Typically, I enjoy great service at Dependable. That said, I recently came in to have a pair of pants tailored and dry cleaned. I brought the pants in on a Saturday or Sunday and asked if this could be done by that upcoming Tuesday evening and they assured me it would be. I asked because I needed the pants for a trip that Wednesday. When I came in to pick the pants up on Tuesday evening, they were just been sent out for dry cleaning that day and were not ready yet. My experience is always great, everything is always finished on time the pick-up and drop off experience is pretty seamless.

Very good service, my laundry and dry cleaning are always ready on time. I would give 5 stars but 2 bucks per pound of wash dry and fold is a bit pricey.
Great customer service. Quick turnaround rate for my clothes to be ready for pickup. They always handle them with care.
It was so nice that I received a phone call after my drop-off to clarify an item of my laundry. Everything was also ready for pickup very quickly.
