I love dependable cleaners! I have frequented for years. I now live in Peabody and die to the quality they take with my clothes and customers service I continue to go! Tonight at 7:03 a customer and I were at the door. I thought you closed at 8:00 and ran late due to an event at Fenway and fire trucks parked out side the building. The gentleman at the door was asking the woman to help him and was very calm and nice. He was traveling out to Washington, D.C. And needed his cleaning. You did Ok and you are very nice people. However, sometimes when I pick up all my cloth, you forget giving to me a piece or the shirt delivered is not my husband shirt. So, my suggestion is that you should keep track of the pieces in a better way; I will have more trust on the work that you do.thks
