Latoya was everything. She catered a custom wash and fold experience to my personal laundry needs that was unlike anything I've experienced before. Her loyalty to the Dependable brand was superior and her smile, grace, personality, and ability to focus on details made me feel safe and secure that my personal belongings were taken care of. The sales associates were very friendly and good at their jobs, just a little bit slow. Otherwise it was a great experience!
Delivery service is excellant
Very personable, very quick. Made sure that they had all of my cleaning. I really like being able to donate my old stuff to a charity through you. That is the reason why I choose your service. The only problem is that I would like to automatically get a receipt for my charges so I can match it up with my monthly credit card statement.
