Friendly efficient and helpful team
Counter staff personnel are pleasant and greet you each time you come in. Packaging of cleaned clothes is very good.
Have been going to Dependable for many years - Fabiana was the first to welcome me into the city! You consistently hire people that always greet you with a hi and a smile and are most helpful with any questions you may have.
Good cleaning service, but unexpectedly got several shirts dry cleaned instead of laundered. Costs 50% higher than my previous dry cleaner also in downtown Boston.
