Always friendly and efficient service. Cleaning has always come back when promised and in excellent condition. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Only hiccup happened when they said they could get me next day, and at 12pm that following day I was told it would be 5pm the next day. They were able to fix the mistake and get my clothes by 4pm before my flight out of town.

I wish I could mention the names of your staff on the Back Bay/ Newbury Street team... fast & on the ball, and notably great service and attitude. I've seen them handle "difficult" customers on occasion (not me) and they're cool, calm, and collected handlers. Also, I appreciate DC's auto-reminders, even though I don't always pick up my cleaning when it's ready (traveling much of the year)
My wife and I frequent the Newbury Street store and Karoline is absolutely wonderful. She is always super sweet and friendly. It's obvious that she cares about the customers and the quality of your services.
