Everything was perfect
Easy to sign up and delivered clothes on time and as expected. Driver called and was very polite and professional to set up the delivery location spot. Wicked simple and great service!
Picked up my stuff from my building and dropped it off when they said they would. Clothes look great! Love how simple they make the process.

Dropping off and picking up were straightforward, and the staff were very pleasant. Most importantly, the turnaround was fast. I like the online system for viewing order status.
I dropped off my wedding reception dress for a custom clean. It has really yellowed over the years and I wasn't sure if you would be able to treat much of the yellowing. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up because all the yellow is gone! It looks fantastic. Thanks so much.
The woman I dealt with was very friendly and personable without being overbearing. I remember a Dependable Cleaners on Hancock St, up the street from where I grew up in Quincy. Staff was friendly and helpful. My original ticket said 4 items, but there were actually 5 (sweaters). Also, I do not like the numbered stickers that are put on the neck labels of my sweaters. I can not get them off, they are covering the cleaning instructions and make some of the labels uncomfortable at my neck.
