I dropped off my wedding reception dress for a custom clean. It has really yellowed over the years and I wasn't sure if you would be able to treat much of the yellowing. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up because all the yellow is gone! It looks fantastic. Thanks so much.
The woman I dealt with was very friendly and personable without being overbearing. I remember a Dependable Cleaners on Hancock St, up the street from where I grew up in Quincy. Staff was friendly and helpful. My original ticket said 4 items, but there were actually 5 (sweaters). Also, I do not like the numbered stickers that are put on the neck labels of my sweaters. I can not get them off, they are covering the cleaning instructions and make some of the labels uncomfortable at my neck.

Everybody that works in this business comes accross in a pleasant, friendly way EVERY time I come in. I travel more than twice as far as the closest cleaners, because you have all won my business. NOT switching.
