I discovered very close to an event that I needed a jacket taken in - rather substantially, in fact. Not only were the staff incredibly professional and friendly, but the tailoring was absolutely first rate and helped make that event a super smash!
I am happy to say I was very satisfied. Thank you to the responsive driver who has been happy to answer any question I had about pick-up and delivery, to the staff at the different locations and for the good work cleaning my clothes!
I brought in my Land's End winter jacket for cleaning and was delighted that you were able to clean the ends of the sleeves. I thought the dirt and discoloration were permanent. My jacket looks like new.
