Great experience! Their customer service is awesome. A little pricey, but you can sometimes get good discounts or coupons.

Service was friendly--and fast!
You guys do a great job and my wife loves Dependable for all our dry cleaning and more. Especially the Watertown staff! But we need a way to find some lower cost alternatives to make it more affordable. Over time, more is spent on cleaning than the initial value of the clothing. It really adds up. We do find coupons whenever possible, but found them a bit harder to find this month. $5 off is not very helpful on a large order.
