I haven't been in to the store in awhile, but the service hasn't changed at all! It was great to meet the new store manager, and Nicole made the experience enjoyable as always with her personality and knowledge. Keep up the good work!
the jacket was supposed to be cleaned and it did not look cleaner than when i turned it in
I had a white cotton sweater that a friend had spilled red wine on it. I tried to remove the stain myself, but was unsuccessful so I brought it to your cleaners. There with a little extra time working on it they were able to get the stain completely out. Thank you!

The people working the counter at the Braintree store are always so pleasant and attentive. They often have my clothes ready to go on the rack even before I enter the store! Whenever I find a spot that was missed(which rarely happens) they take it back with apologies and turn the item around very quickly. I am extremely satisfied with this store.
