This was my first time using both Dependable Cleaners and the Galen Street location. I was dropping off a wool winter coat and expecting to pick it up several days later. But the cashier informed me it would be ready that same day! The coat looks great, the speed of service was amazing and getting an email notification when it was ready as the icing on the cake.
Service has greatly improved. They remember my name and last 4 digits of my phone number to retrieve my order without me giving it. Well done.
