Someone needs to let customers know that coupons must be presented at time of drop off. I handed mine in at pick up and was not accepted. It will go towards another order but a little heads up goes a long way

I had dropped off (on Sunday) shoes to be repaired and was told they would be done by the end of the week. When I went to pick them up on Thursday, the shoes hadn't been sent out yet because they had lost my name/slip. The woman was so helpful and contacted the repairer while I was there, it was late like 6 pm and was able to get them fixed for me by Saturday because I wanted them for the weekend. I really appreciated her effort and customer service!!
