I came in on Sunday Sept 6th and p/u my clothes on Friday Sept 11 and I have to say that this was my second time with dropping my clothes for Wash and Fold, and I could not have been more pleased, so convenient and I love the bag that my clothes came in. I intend on doing my clothes with Dependable as it is such an ease for me to drop off and pick/up. Thanks again

Great job, once again. I thought my son's winter coat was beyond repair and you sewed it back together and cle3aned it and it looks like new! You also sewed the brim on his favorite hat....he should be thanking you!

The clothes smell great when finished, and the staff is very helpful. I was even offered a ride home with my heavy laundry bag by their delivery guy, so nice!
When I walk in I am usually greeted by name. Everyone is friendly and very professional! My clothes always look great.
