I have to say I have not been disappointed since going to Dependable Cleaners. The quality of work, customer service, and having orders ready when told they would be has been great. Reason for 4 stars is the price. I noticed the prices have gone up. If there were more incentives given for long time and frequent customers it would be appreciated. I know you have the $10.00 discount after so many points but that really now only covers 1 item.
I typically have a great experience, but my husband and I have been trying to sign up for pick up and delivery services for over a week and have not been able to get the right person. They always say they will call us back but never do. We want to continue being customers, but it's too far for us to walk to drop off!
You guys are the best! I love your staff, very friendly. Your service is awesome, recognizing things like missing buttons and fixing them.
