As usual, the people at Dependable / Hanover were courteous, efficient, and professional. They advised me correctly on how best to deal with mustard stains (sigh...), and when my item would be returned: they were spot on (no pun intended) in both areas.
I'm a new customer. Dependable has a secured drop off area in our office building. Not only was the set up process smooth, they also worked with building security to get me access to the secured area. Dry cleaning was great on top of that.
Delightful, the ladies are warm and personable.

The staff at the Hingham store are always friendly and efficient. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your cleaning. I had an order misplaced once and they could not have been more professional and helpful and of course found my missing items. I have never had a bad experience.
