As usual, the team at Dependable Cleaners in Watertown was friendly and efficient! I observed one of the staff politely and effectively addressing the concern of a customer who unnecessarily rude. Thank you Lori, and your wonderful staff, for the great work!
Representatives were courteous, fast and pleasant. I appreciated the email reminder that my order was ready. Easy drop-off and turnaround keep me coming back!
I had dropped off (on Sunday) shoes to be repaired and was told they would be done by the end of the week. When I went to pick them up on Thursday, the shoes hadn't been sent out yet because they had lost my name/slip. The woman was so helpful and contacted the repairer while I was there, it was late like 6 pm and was able to get them fixed for me by Saturday because I wanted them for the weekend. I really appreciated her effort and customer service!!

Dependable Cleaners is literally the best Dry Cleaner's I have ever used.
I have been going to Dependable for years. Recently had to drop off a dry/wash/fold of towels etc because my clothes dryer broke. They did a great job, timely & folded them awesome. My only complaint would be that they turned out stiff, should of specified fabric softener. Perhaps my fault....overall awesome place and helpful staff.

I have loved this Dependable Cleaners for years and mostly for the friendly and dependable staff. Francisco and his take a chain dry cleaners and make it feel small town with always knowing my name and asking about my family- it is that personal service that makes you always want to come here. In addition the gentleman who does alterations (sorry I cannot remember his name) is wonderful and quick. A great experience all around. I also love this email component to the shop - thank you!
I am very satisfied with the work that is being down at the Dependable Cleaners. Also would like to let you know that all of the employees at the store in Quincy are always very pleasant and helpful.
