Every person at the Hanover, MA store is excellent. I drive past several cleaners to go to the Dependable Hanover store because of the friendly atmosphere.

Always on time, friendly, staff know my name, and the extra time needed to fix a button or sew a hole is always addressed without any hesitation. Probably a 10-year customer with no plans to stop!
