I always feel like number #1 when I walk through the door, the staff is so friendly and express sincerity when asking how you are and if there is anything they can do to help you. Someone needs to let customers know that coupons must be presented at time of drop off. I handed mine in at pick up and was not accepted. It will go towards another order but a little heads up goes a long way
