I had both my grandmothers and my mothers wedding dresses cleaned and restored through Dependable Cleaners and they came out absolutely fabulous!!! I will be coming back in February with my mothers to have altered into my wedding dress and I cannot wait! Thank you so much for an outstanding job! And not to mention the exceptional customer service that is provided!

I have been using Dependable Cleaners for 3 years because I am pleased with the quality of clothing care, and the helpfulness of the staff. As a comment for improvement: 80% of the time I want my shirts on hangers, but sometimes when I identify some shirts to be put flat in bags, they still come back on hangers. Overall your store in Watertown is well-managed and the working staff are engaging and knowledgeable. Also, you decorate the store in a pretty way suitable to the seasons.
The people at Dependable are very friendly and aim to please the customers. My dry cleaning and press only pants are always perfect.
