For the most part, everything is always done on time and with high degree of quality. I have had a couple of instances where my order was misplaced within the store and it took some time to find everything.
Typically, I enjoy great service at Dependable. That said, I recently came in to have a pair of pants tailored and dry cleaned. I brought the pants in on a Saturday or Sunday and asked if this could be done by that upcoming Tuesday evening and they assured me it would be. I asked because I needed the pants for a trip that Wednesday. When I came in to pick the pants up on Tuesday evening, they were just been sent out for dry cleaning that day and were not ready yet. Excellent staff. Very friendly, very courtious. Good quality of work done on clothes, very quick turn around, and always on schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.
I have very pleasant dealings with Dependable Cleaners and their friendly staff. Most recently, a sweater was returned to me with a note saying they felt with more time, they could do better with stain removal. I was able to send it back and it was cleaned further with no cost. Very happy with their service.
My experience is always great, everything is always finished on time the pick-up and drop off experience is pretty seamless.
five stars as usual at the Hingham store when the A-Team is on.
Great service as always.
The store people are always great. The last time I was in was because I ended up with someone else's trousers. The person behind the counter researched the situation immediately and found the rightful owner of the pants and where mine had gone. Awesome! I'm often addressed by name as soon as I walk in. That's great! I am often disappointed, however, at how well shirts get cleaned.
