The people at the Dorchester Ave. (Dorchester) location are helpful and very friendly. I am glad to be their customer.
The customer service is great and I enjoy the email reminders. However, when I got home and took my blazer out of the plastic, I noticed some fairly obvious food debris that was still stuck on the lapel. I was able to scratch it off with my finger and there was just a tiny trace of a stain. Also, it would've been nice if we were notified of your delivery option as we could certainly use it.
