I usually drop off a ton of clothes for work and am always very pleased with the job. Fransico and his team at the Dorchester location always deliver the best service. Clothes are always ready when they say and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful.

I dropped off a suit for cleaning and a press late Friday afternoon - My husband was preparing for a funeral so there was a rush to get the suit back by Saturday afternoon. Dependable Cleaners did a great job cleaning and pressing the suit and it was ready at 3:30pm the next day. Thank you!
Late Friday afternoon I dropped off a man's suit for cleaning and a press as my husband I was preparing to attend a wake and funeral - I needed to pick up the suit Saturday afternoon. It was ready and looked great - a little expensive but it was ready.

My throw blanket was cleaned just fine. It came back in a zippered blanket holder. I would rather it came back on a hangar or the like so that I would have been charged less than $13 plus.
Quality service but cost is high (even using a 20% off coupon).
