Always a great experience with the team at the Hanover location. Lauren and her staff are always very professional and attentive to all my dry cleaning needs. The best clothing cleaning place that I have found on the South Shore.
I am always pleased and impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the Hanover store employees. They go out of their way to welcome me into the store, process my order and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. One night I rolled in at exactly closing time and was unsure if they would try rush me through the transaction or "give attitude" at having to work past close....Not at all! Chad (I believe that was his name) was courteous and very pleasant.
Dependable Cleaners is the best around! On several occasions they have asked if I wanted a shirt or pant "re-washed" to see if a stain could be removed. They also have found the hem of my pants coming on done and have called to see if I want it fixed! Everyone is super friendly and their 24 hour is so convenient! They are the best!
I wish I could mention the names of your staff on the Back Bay/ Newbury Street team... fast & on the ball, and notably great service and attitude. I've seen them handle "difficult" customers on occasion (not me) and they're cool, calm, and collected handlers. Also, I appreciate DC's auto-reminders, even though I don't always pick up my cleaning when it's ready (traveling much of the year)

I always have a great experience when I go pick up my dry cleaning. Most of the employees recognize me on the spot. The service is always friendly, quick and courteous.

My wife and I frequent the Newbury Street store and Karoline is absolutely wonderful. She is always super sweet and friendly. It's obvious that she cares about the customers and the quality of your services.
