You guys do a great job and my wife loves Dependable for all our dry cleaning and more. Especially the Watertown staff! But we need a way to find some lower cost alternatives to make it more affordable. Over time, more is spent on cleaning than the initial value of the clothing. It really adds up. We do find coupons whenever possible, but found them a bit harder to find this month. $5 off is not very helpful on a large order. 1st visit - was greeter as soon as I walked in the door by the staff. Quickly and easily registered my info into their system. Dropped off a sportcoat. Rec an email as stated when done. Pickup just as friendly, coat looked great. Price was great too. Will be going back as needed.
