Excellent start to finish
I read about Dependable cleaners gown restoration service through the Improper Bostonian wedding edition. I brought in a vintage dress that has been in my family since the 60s. When I came into the store, Elton Crespo personally came out to meet with me and advised on the best method of cleaning and offered to personally work on it himself and that it may take a week or two to be completed. They cleaned the wedding dress I am borrowing from my sister and it was perfect! Came back hanging and shaped. They were pleasant, accommodating, had convenient hours and even sent a hand written thank you for trusting them with my wedding dress. I will definitely be going back to have it cleaned again after i wear it!
