Very friendly staff. My clothing wasn't ready the day it was supposed to be so I got a 10% off discount when I came the next day when everything was ready.

Excellent start to finish
I read about Dependable cleaners gown restoration service through the Improper Bostonian wedding edition. I brought in a vintage dress that has been in my family since the 60s. When I came into the store, Elton Crespo personally came out to meet with me and advised on the best method of cleaning and offered to personally work on it himself and that it may take a week or two to be completed.
