Always pleasant people on the desk. When you send out the "ready" notification could you include the balance due? Or is this just an email triggered by the work ticket being closed out?
I requested a special favor of the young man who waited on me in the morning. He was not to happy about accommodating my pressing need. I wish he had an attitude that said to me "I will happily put myself out for you." On pick up I had some questions about the correct application of discounts and coupon since my bag with slips was no where to be found. Fast. Polite. I was very disappointed to have my shirts and suit smell like fragrance. Not sure if it was the young man who retrieved my clothes or the cleaning process. I specifically asked if the process was frangrance free due to allergies to frangrances and multiple chemicals. I was assured it would be. It was not. My clothes are hanging in back yard. $44 dollars later.
