I had my first visit to Dependable Cleaners this week for the Wash and Fold service. I chose them based on all the good customer reviews. When I arrived I dispersed all my laundry in 3 different bags- all of it could have fit into 2 bags but I didn't think it would make a difference how many bags I used. When I picked up my order the next day (quick service :) )the bill was higher than I expected because they charged me for 3 bags. Very friendly and helpful staff that processed my order and pickup quickly. Email service notified me when my items were ready, which was ahead of schedule. Will definitely return!
As always, the staff are the keystone of the company. They are polite, friendly, and well educated concerning dry cleaning. All my laundry is returned to me well laundred.
Perfect! Pick up and delivery was prompt, and dropped off a day earlier than scheduled for the complex because I needed it early... they offered without hesitation!
