They cleaned the wedding dress I am borrowing from my sister and it was perfect! Came back hanging and shaped. They were pleasant, accommodating, had convenient hours and even sent a hand written thank you for trusting them with my wedding dress. I will definitely be going back to have it cleaned again after i wear it!

Hi Yera, I first want to say that my experience with Dependable has been excellent over the years. Like any money concious consumer, I really appreciate the coupons you offer and often take advantage of them. More recently I have been finding that even though I present a coupon upon dropping off my clothing, when I come to pickup and pay the discount is not applied. I believe the reason is that the attendant hand writes the discount amount on a tag attached to my bag, which then goes unnoticed by the person ringing me up.... read more
