You consistently do a great job & if not, you immediately try to rectify. Very pleasant people in your stores, great customer service.
Always great service. They recognize you and address you by name. Friday, I picked up an order. Jaime, I hope I have the name right, saw my car pulling in, recognized me and by the time I got to the counter, my clothes were waiting for me. Fantastic service. I told him he should be employee of the month for such great service. The staff at this location are terrific.
Though turnaround time was great 24 hrs .I was lucky to have a coupon for 25% off as the cleaning charges are expensive compared to a small cleaners nearby
