Fast. Polite. I was very disappointed to have my shirts and suit smell like fragrance. Not sure if it was the young man who retrieved my clothes or the cleaning process. I specifically asked if the process was frangrance free due to allergies to frangrances and multiple chemicals. I was assured it would be. It was not. My clothes are hanging in back yard. $44 dollars later.

Picked up my order in frigid temps with a baby in one arms, and was offered help bringing my clothes to the car. Such a small thing, but it made a huge difference!
Both the young woman who rang me in as well as the young man who checked me out the following day were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly.
